Impregnation is carried out in the production process under controlled conditions, which gives the surface a high surface tension, wherefore the water remains in high drops, does not spread over the surface and does not penetrate into the depth, but water drops flow away or evaporate.This type of impregnation is used for high value products with a desire for high hydrophobicity. The effect of impregnation is manifested in the „ease clen“ effect. Drastically reduces secondary efflorescence, products have a longer design life.

BS EXTRA Impregnator - surface impregnation hard hydropfobic and oleophobic effect

Impregnation is carried out in the production process under controlled conditions, which gives the surface a high surface tension, drastic reduction of oil and other liquids, it does not spread over the surface and does not penetrate into the depth, it does not change the structure of the material niether the color. On the contrary, the appearance of a clean and new surface lasts longer. Prevents deterioration of the protected surface due to freezing and thawing cycles, limits the occurrence of efflorescence.

Products impregnated with BS EXTRA Impregnator are resistant to stains and dirt, prevents sticking of chewing gum on treated surfaces and stops accumulation of dirt due to atmospehric pollution, slows down growth of moss an lichen, the products are also resistant to UV radiation and doesn't change the color. After drying, it does not form a film and it is vapor permeable (allows the surface to breathe), and poducts have a longer design life.
