Short desciption of the project:
The innovative project idea is to replace cement, which is a non-ecological product, with a more environmentally friendly material - bioash, which is produced after combustion in blast furnaces in biopower plants, and which will be used in the production of concrete accessories. Innovative products - building composites with bioash - represent a solution to the problem of ash disposal from wood biomass and environmental problems of greenhouse gas emissions.
Goals and expected results of the project:
The general goal of the project is to contribute to strengthening the economy by applying research and innovation in the construction industry through the development of innovative ecological products, technologies and business processes. Innovative products - building composites with bioash - represent a solution to the problem of disposal of ash from wood biomass and environmental problems of greenhouse gas emissions
Determining the true composition of ash and its quantity in the production of concrete will result in the acquisition of intellectual property over two types of specific composition of concrete, and will be protected by trademarks, as a result of the project's activities
