Building No. 4 is a three-storey building with four residential units: three 3-room flats and one 2-room flat, as well as four garage places (2 in the basement and 2 on the plot in front of the building) and 4 storages.
In the lower basement there is a garage with two parking spaces, whereas the upper basement houses the entrance space with a staircase and storage spaces belonging to the tenants.
The ground floor consists of two 3-room flats and the first floor of one 3-room and one 2-room flat. The flats have a single orientation.
The building was designed as a system of load-bearing reinforced concrete walls. External load-bearing walls are 25cm thick and internal 20 cm.
Partition walls are made from brick and are 12 cm thick. The outside of the external walls is isolated with a heating system 11 cm thick.
The building is covered with a flat roof with layers of thermal and hydro isolation, constructed as an impassable roof, except for the part where the terrace is (which is passable). The roof structure is made from a flat ceiling panel made of prefabricated reinforced concrete plates.
The floors in the flats are made up of layers of floating floor from cement screed on a bed of expanded polystyrene.
Every flat has a spare chimney used for connecting a solid fuel heating device in extraordinary conditions.
Gas central heating.
Façade openings are closed with pained wooden joinery with insulating glass. For sun protection, the openings are equipped with roller blinds.
Floors in the flats are covered with oak parquet flooring or ceramics, depending on the purpose of the room.
The walls and ceilings were skim coated or plastered and painted with latex paint.
Fences of loggias, balconies and French windows, as well as the staircase railings, are made of profiles in inox.
Loggia floors are paved with anti-slip ceramic tiles.
Interior joinery relates to veneer doors (ash/beech) with embracing door frames.
Height of the tiles in the kitchen is somewhere between the lower and upper kitchen cabinets, whereas in the bathrooms/toilets the tiles reach all the way up to the ceiling.
